This piece makes you use your imagination – it has a dream-like quality to it. Every time you observe the painting you see something new. This painting was a bespoke commission. The brief was for a Kandinsky style painting – modern, textural and in keeping with the style of the room (with a dash of silver). It was quite an experimental piece and I enjoyed working with gesso to create texture, and illustrating the flowing movement of water.
