This commission was a present for the couple who feature on the Trolley bus! This wonderful view is looking out at the island of Alcatraz. Based from a photograph I have attempted to add interest to the composition by using brighter colours moving through the painting. I have used a more subltle and slightly impressionistic style for the background drawing your eye towards the tram by painting this in a much more detail.
